FAQs

People have lives. Not every one can meet with a personal trainer during their working hours, and can only get to a gym in the early morning or late evening hours. Online training solves that issue. Plus, because the fees aren’t going to a commercial gym with large costs, that creates savings for you, which is why a training session with me is half of a commercial trainer.

At the 3 month mark, if workout and nutrition plans are followed honestly and accurately, improvements will be visible to your eye, especially when compared to your Day 1 photo. I’m interested in working with the individuals or partners who are dedicated to their future self.
